Getting Involved
While in the past HTK has only been developed by CUED and Entropic, we
would like to get a larger number of researchers involved in the
future development.
In the past many users have made valuable changes or even implemented
major additions to HTK that were only used internally in their
respective research groups. In the cases where these additions are of
general interest we'd like to integrate them into future HTK releases.
Please let us know if you have any changes you'd like us to integrate
into the main HTK source and distribute from this site under the
existing license.
We'd also like to host other standalone tools that are useful in
conjunction with HTK. Other valuable contributions might include
example applications or teaching materials based on HTK.
Please feel free to contact us either by posting to the
HTK-developers
mailing list or emailing us privately at htk-mgr@eng.cam.ac.uk
Also see our future plans page.
